Ron, JoAnne & Bella - Our Family Kitchen in Rocky Point, NY

Ron - Ron is the Glue that holds us together!  His Role is Top Taste Tester! He's really good at it.     He also runs out to the store in a second's notice to get an ingredient that I need no matter what time or how many trips it takes.  He even doesn't get mad when he asks me "is there anything else you need?" and I say "nope" and an hour later I need something else!  Oh, and he's my driver when we deliver, top notch navigation & great at ignoring my 'front seat driver' ways.

Bella -  Bella and I have been cooking, baking and growing food together since she was born! I actually used to use a suction cup seat that I used in the tub to suction her to the kitchen counter so we could cook together when she couldn't sit up herself. 

She is my partner in crime AKA my Faire assistant.  Now that she's 14 years old and a foot and a half taller than me she does all of the heavy lifting, setting up and breaking down. She spends more money at the Fair than we make but most of all she smiles all day & loves talking to new people.  She is my most harsh critic and holds NOTHING back if she doesn't like something I've made.  Every Baker needs that!  

Quality ingredients without any additional garbage thrown in.  Most of my breads are 5 ingredients or less while tasting better than any bread you can buy.  Store bought bread has an horrendous amount of ingredients that I believe with continual use harm the body. 

I strive to get back to the days where processed foods were almost non-existent.  To the days when you had fresh baked bread every single day.  

Delivery to local towns is important to me as this "convenient" lifestyle lacks the charm of talking and creating a true friendship with your customers - your neighbors.

Unlike most shops I have no desire to ship to other states or even any further than Suffolk County for that very reason.

My ultimate goal is to open a local Bread/Dessert Eatery right here in Rocky Point where you can sit down, leave your cell phone in your car for a half hour and enjoy.   Take home to your family some Fresh Bread or Desserts to put on your family table that night.
